You can report a listing, a source, a profile or a collection. Every report is read by a person, and the decision is recorded.
What can be reported#

What happens next#
A person reviews every report. No report is closed automatically, and no listing is removed automatically on the strength of a report alone.
The decision is recorded against the target, which matters in both directions: a listing that was reviewed and kept has that on its record, so the same report is not re-argued from nothing, and a listing that was removed has a reason attached to the removal.
A removed listing shows as unavailable rather than disappearing. A result that silently vanishes looks like a bug, and it hides the fact that a decision was made.
What SliSearch cannot decide#
SliSearch reports the licence a marketplace states. It does not check that statement, it does not judge whether a model infringes anything, and it is not legal advice. A copyright claim belongs to the marketplace that publishes the listing, because that is where the file is.
