PT Slicience Inovasi Indonesia offers three products: Slicience (slicience.com), the FDM manufacturing service; Prinnu (prinnu.com), the automated FDM quoting experience; and SliSearch (slisearch.com), the index of models published on other marketplaces. Prinnu quotes are fulfilled, checked out, and supported on Slicience. Checking out an order or using search constitutes acceptance of the applicable sections below.
Paid orders on Slicience and Prinnu require you to be 18+. SliSearch search is available from 13+, with guardian consent where applicable. You warrant that you have the right to reproduce any model you upload for manufacture.
You are responsible for your account credentials and for securing any Google identity you link (OpenID, verified email, name, and avatar only). Magic-link sign-in codes are single-use and expire in 15 minutes. Sessions rotate on sign-in and can be revoked from the account page.
A quote consists of machine time plus material mass plus shipping, in USD, converted to IDR using the Bank Indonesia JISDOR rate for the source day with a 2% conversion buffer, rounded to integer rupiah. The exact JISDOR record is retained against the quote. Quotes are binding for 24 hours. Once you pay, the accepted price never changes. Automated quoting fails closed when the latest JISDOR publication is older than the configured freshness window.
The manufacturing subtotal sets the courier handoff promise. The subtotal is taken after product discounts and before shipping, tax, voucher, and currency conversion. Under USD 20 the handoff is within 1 business day. From USD 20 through USD 100 inclusive it is within 2 business days. Above USD 100 it is within 7 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday and exclude published Indonesian national holidays. A payment completed before 12:00 WIB starts the clock that day, and a later payment starts on the next production business day. Checkout displays the exact deadline before you pay, and the deadline does not change afterwards. If Slicience misses an accepted deadline it issues a single use voucher automatically, worth 20 percent of that order's manufacturing subtotal, capped at the IDR equivalent of USD 10, valid for 90 days. The voucher is not cash, is not transferable, and applies only to a future manufacturing subtotal.
A paid order may be cancelled within a 15-minute grace period; after that, cancellation is case-by-case via [email protected]. Manufacturing-defect claims require the order ID and evidence within seven calendar days; an approved manufacturing defect receives a reprint. Courier-damage reports require packaging, label, and damage evidence within 48 hours; pre-dispatch QC photographs (retained 90 days) serve as evidence. Refunds required by Indonesian consumer law, and chargeback rights, are not limited by anything here; non-waivable rights are never waived.
FDM parts show layer lines, an orientation seam, support marks, normal color variation, and dimensional drift relative to the design. Published tolerance and finish expectations are qualitative until we publish measurement data. Automated checks are disclosed checks, not an engineering certification. Slicience does not guarantee that any material or design is fit for purpose, and the safety factors of a design remain the designer's responsibility.
SliSearch indexes publicly listed model metadata from the marketplaces it indexes and always links out to the original marketplace. It does not host, mirror, proxy, or download model files. It caches a preview image, which Slicience re-encodes and serves from its own storage. It does not verify source-reported licences, and every licence is labelled unverified. SliSearch is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or approved by any indexed marketplace. Removal requests are handled as audited de-indexing through [email protected]. A file takedown belongs to the original marketplace.
We may suspend accounts that abuse the service. Indexed marketplaces may become unavailable or retract permission, in which case SliSearch disables or kills the source with an explicit, visible state rather than a silent gap. Force majeure relieves deadlines but not the duty to resume as soon as reasonably possible.
To the extent permitted by mandatory Indonesian consumer law: aggregate liability for a single order is limited to the amount paid for that order, and consequential or indirect loss is excluded insofar as law allows. The cap does not apply to non-waivable rights, and gross negligence or willful misconduct are outside the cap.
Indonesian law governs these terms. Consumer complaints are handled first by [email protected]. Disputes beyond that are subject to the competent Indonesian courts.
You may order a part only if it is lawful to manufacture and to own in Indonesia and in the destination country. You warrant that you hold the right to reproduce every model you upload, and that the model does not infringe a patent, a copyright, a trademark, or a design right held by another party. You remain responsible for the safety factors, the material choice, and the fitness of your own design. Slicience prints the geometry you supply. It does not certify a part for a regulated, medical, aerospace, automotive safety, or load bearing structural application unless it agrees to that scope in writing.
Slicience refuses an order for a firearm, a firearm component, a suppressor, a magazine, or any part designed to defeat a firearm restriction. It refuses an order for an explosive device, a functional weapon, a counterfeit product, a security bypass tool such as a key or a lock pick copied without authority, a device intended to capture personal data without consent, and any item that depicts the sexual exploitation of a minor. Slicience reviews an ambiguous case before it prints, and it may cancel and refund an order at any stage before dispatch. A repeated attempt to place a refused order ends the account.
Each version of these terms applies to the actions taken while that version was in force. Slicience records the version you accepted with your order. It publishes a material change on this page before the change takes effect.
You keep every right in the model you upload. Slicience claims no ownership of your design, your geometry, or your file. You grant Slicience a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the file only to quote, check, slice, manufacture, inspect, pack, and deliver your part. The licence covers no other purpose. Slicience does not publish your model, does not sell it, and does not use it to train a model. Slicience stores the file privately and deletes it 30 days after the order completes. A retention hold pauses that deletion while a dispute stays open. The licence ends when the file is deleted.
PT Slicience Inovasi Indonesia owns the three sites, the software, the quoting logic, the documentation, and the interface designs. The names Slicience, Prinnu, and SliSearch, and their logos, are marks of the company. You may read the documentation and use the services under these terms. You may not copy the software, decompile it, resell access, or scrape the sites in bulk. You may not use a company mark without written permission. Every right that these terms do not grant stays with the company.
An event outside reasonable control can stop Slicience from meeting a deadline. Such an event includes a natural disaster, a fire, or a power failure. It also includes a strike, a war, an epidemic, and an act of government. Slicience tells you as soon as it can, and it states the effect on your order. A delivery deadline pauses for the duration of the event. The late voucher does not apply to a delay of that kind. Slicience resumes the work as soon as the event allows. You can cancel and receive a full refund if the event lasts more than 30 calendar days.
You can close your account at any time from the account page, or by writing to [email protected]. Slicience keeps the order, tax, and accounting records that the law requires. Slicience can suspend an account that breaks these terms, abuses the service, or attempts a refused order. Slicience can also suspend an account for suspected fraud or for an open payment dispute. Slicience states the reason for the suspension in writing. You can answer that notice, and Slicience restores the account when the reason ends. Slicience refunds a paid order that it cancels before dispatch. Termination does not affect a right or a duty that arose before it.
Slicience writes to the email address on your account. That address is the official channel for an order confirmation, a payment receipt, a delivery update, and a notice under these terms. Keep the address current and check it. A notice counts as received on the day Slicience sends it. Write to [email protected] about an order, [email protected] about a commercial matter, and [email protected] about personal data. A postal notice goes to PT Slicience Inovasi Indonesia, Gold Coast Office Tower, Level 23, Pantai Indah Kapuk, North Jakarta, Indonesia. WhatsApp is a support channel only, and it carries no formal notice.
If a court finds one clause invalid, the rest of these terms stay in force. The court reads the invalid clause down to the closest lawful meaning. These terms, your order confirmation, and the policies linked from the site form the whole agreement between you and Slicience. They replace every earlier statement about the same subject. You may not assign your rights under these terms without written permission. Slicience may assign these terms to a successor company that accepts the same duties. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver of that right, and a waiver counts only in writing. Indonesian law governs these terms, and the courts of Jakarta have jurisdiction.
