This is a modified version of the MakeItLoud V29 Whistle that puts out 118+db. I made the design a lot thinner and a little smaller so it can be more portable. I also added a second hole that works very well on a smaller keychain.

This is a spinning whistle thing that makes a very loud noise, and I mainly designed this for the #MakeItLoud challenge. I tested the loudness of the design and I got 97dB on the original size.
