Overview
The Boundary of Love
Inspired by Luo Li Rong’s evocative sculpture The Boundary of Love , this model is my personal 3D interpretation of the emotion, movement, and delicate sense of fragmentation expressed by the original artwork.
The figure seems to dissolve into the wind, with flowing fragments that break away from the body while still preserving its graceful human form. The result is a sculpture that represents the invisible boundary between love, distance, attachment and freedom .
I wanted to translate that feeling into a piece suitable for 3D printing , preserving the dramatic silhouette while creating a model that can become a striking decorative object for a desk, shelf or display area.

For the version shown in the pictures, I printed the model in a dark filament and finished the surface with copper/bronze Rub ’n Buff , highlighting the fragmented details and giving the sculpture a metallic, aged appearance.
The Boundary of Love is more than a decorative statue — it is a small tribute to the idea that sometimes the strongest emotions are found precisely at the point where we begin to let go.
