This is a 20:1 cycloidal gearbox. I printed every part in PLA, but for long time use it might be better to use PETG.

Overview
This is a 20:1 cycloidal gearbox.
Printing
I printed every part in PLA, but for long time use it might be better to use PETG.
The rotors can be printed with 15% infill and 0.15mm layer height for smoother contact surfaces.

Output should be printed with 40% infill and 6 perimeters to ensure strength of the pins.
Ring can also be printed with 15% infill and 0.15mm layer height for smoother contact surfaces, but I did use some more perimeters for impact resistance of the outer pins.
Bottom lid is a simple part that can be printed with 5% infill on 0.20mm layers .
Motor enclosure is an optional part. If you want to use it with a flycat 5010 motor you should print it. I used supports on bed only.
Part 17 is used to mount a magnet to the motor shaft for the encoder.
Part 18 is used to mount the AS5048A Magnetic Encoder.
Input A , Input B and Motor connector all need to be printed with 60% infill to ensure the shafts don't break under load.

You can see how to assemble when you open the 3MF file in a CAD program like fusion360 or Onshape.
