Design Process
This model was created using my usual AI-assisted design workflow along with MakerWorld’s Flexi Toy Maker .
I started by developing the original creepy gingerbread artwork through my AI workflow. Once I had the design where I wanted it, I used Flexi Toy Maker to convert it into an articulated print-in-place model.
The finished design combines bold black outlines, white details, pink accents, and a traditional gingerbread-inspired brown body.

Color Notes
The Kingroon Brown used in my test print is a fairly light shade. I think the design might look even better with a slightly darker or richer brown, especially if you want a more traditional baked-gingerbread appearance.
The photos also make the brown look a little more washed out than it appears in person. The actual print has more contrast than the camera captured.
Post-Processing Notes
This model prints in place without supports or assembly.
After removing it from the build plate, gently flex the connected sections to make sure each joint moves freely. As with many print-in-place flexi models, a few sections may need a little initial movement before the entire figure loosens up.
Work through the joints gradually rather than forcing the whole model at once.
Print Testing
I always print my models before releasing them so I can make sure they actually work and look good in real life.
Most of the time, I start with a simple single-color test print first. That lets me check the overall geometry, articulation, supports, and printability without burning a ton of filament. If everything comes out clean, I’ll move on to the full multicolor AMS version.
My prototyping and testing setup includes two Bambu Lab P1S printers and two Snapmaker U1 printers , which lets me quickly iterate between test prints and finished multicolor versions.
That said, if I’m already confident in the design—usually from similar prints or earlier versions—I might skip straight to the multicolor print.
