Overview
Remixed this great bit handle into a Silencerco Charlie front cap tool with steel pins. Verified to work with Omega 36M and Hybrid 46M Charlie front caps. Printed in PETG-CF at 100% infill for strength, 6 walls, and .2mm line thickness. Takes 3x 1/8” (3.2mm) x 3/4” (19.05mm) steel dowels that are widely available. I pressed fit them with a vise, when bottomed out there is 4.5mm of the pin left exposed. Could ream the holes slightly and embed with epoxy but I found it unnecessary.
