Overview
This carriage allows to block the strap easily and without using clamping collars. Therefore, there is no wasted place taken by the strap attachment and the carriage has a wider sliding range. There are three bearing housing which is sufficient for the linear guide while keeping an isostatic assembly. It's recommended to insert the nut in internal housing of the part to obtain a cleaner installation (enclosed nut). So you have to write a pause in the G-code (read instructions). Ce chariot permet de bloquer la courroie facilement et sans l'aide de colliers de serrage. Par conséquent, il n'y a pas de perte d'espace sur les cotés du charriot à cause de la fixation de la courroie et le chariot a une plus large étendue de mouvement. Il y a trois logements pour mettre les roulements ce qui est suffisant pour le guidage linéaire tout en gardant un ensemble isostatique. Il est recommandé d'insérer l'écrou dans le logement interne de la partie principale pour obtenir une installation propre. Pour cela, vous devez écrire une pause dans le G-code (lire les instructions).
