Overview
These two plastic vice jaws (125mm, flat and with notches) are used to protect your material during clamping. The difference to other designs - the magnets sit in slots at the top, are fully protected, and can be fixed such that a removal without damage is possible. The design is made for 2-3 magnets with a maximum size of 10x2mm (8x2 mm possible). To fix the magnets, place them in the slot and close with the small printed caps. A drop of glue (blue UHU) fixes the caps. Alternatively you can close the slot with glue. I printed vice jaws with notches with a powder coated PEI sheet and the others with a regular PEI sheet to get a very flat surface without texture. I used only 2 magnets but you can also use three for better holding force. Scale the vice jaws for a larger width.
