Overview
This print will hold your wood lathe tools. The design was inspired by a YouTube video I saw by Andrew Klein click here to watch the video . So thank you Andrew Klein for the inspiration.
There are four variations of the holder, each meant for a different style of tool (check the photo gallery to see examples of what each variation holds). Each individual holder is two inches wide.
I have also premade some rows of these holders. In the model files, there are two folders titled " Rows - 1 Pair Of Screw Holes - 3 Holders Total" and " Rows - 16 Inch Gap Between Screw Hole Pairs - 2 Part Print ". The first of these folders has rows that hold up to three tools each while only requiring two screws. The second of these folders contains rows that can hold up to nine tools each. Each row only requires four screws with each pair of screw holes being 16 inches apart (the same distance as the standard wall stud spacing in residential construction). These rows need to be printed in two parts, then slid together (I also recommend using a reliable and strong adhesive between the parts just for the added strength). All of the rows in this folder use the same connection method, so feel free to mix and match the left and right parts.
Notice: I designed these holders to work with the tools that I own, so some tools or brands may be incompatible.
