Lost the proprietary hot shoe cover for your vintage Sony Alpha camera? This is a 3D-printable replacement cap designed specifically for the unique Sony/Minolta Auto-Lock Accessory Shoe (iISO). It slides perfectly into place to protect the delicate electronic contacts from dust, moisture, and scratches when you aren't using a flash or microphone.
Compatibility This cap is tested on the Sony SLT-A57, but it will perfectly fit any legacy Sony or Minolta camera using the older wedge-style proprietary hot shoe, including:
Sony Alpha SLT Series: a33, a35, a37, a55, a57, a65, a77 Sony Alpha DSLR Series: a100, a200, a300, a350, a450, a500, a550, a560, a580, a700, a850, a900 Sony NEX Series: NEX-7 Many classic Minolta Maxium digital and film cameras.
(Note: This will NOT fit newer Sony cameras with the Multi-Interface Shoe, like the a58, a99, or the modern mirrorless a7 series).
Recommended Print Settings Material: PLA or PETG work great. Layer Height: made and tested for 0.2mm .
