Sanding the case before installation is highly recommended.

Depending on your printer and printing parameters, small burrs or rough edges may remain on the inside of the case.

Before installation:

Use fine-grit sandpaper to remove burrs and sharp edges from the inside of the case.

Carefully check all areas that may contact the phone.

Remove any remaining abrasive particles or printing debris.

Lightly sand/polish the outer surface to improve the smoothness and overall hand-feel.

Proper post-processing makes the case easier to install, more comfortable to hold, and helps reduce the risk of scratches to the phone.

⚠️ Always clean the case thoroughly after sanding before installing it on your phone.

📱 Installation Guide

Because the buttons are separate pieces, they may move or fall out during installation.

Step 1 — Install the Buttons

Place the power and volume buttons into their corresponding positions on the case.

Step 2 — Fix the Buttons with Tape

Use small pieces of low-tack / removable tape on the outside of the case to temporarily hold the buttons in position.

This prevents the buttons from falling out or moving while you install the case onto the phone.

Do not use strong adhesive tape or glue.

Step 3 — Install the Phone

Carefully insert the iPhone 16 Pro into the case while keeping the buttons secured with the tape.

Take your time and make sure the phone is properly seated in the case.

Step 4 — Remove the Tape

Once the phone is fully installed, carefully remove the tape from the case.

Step 5 — Final Cleaning

Give the case a quick wipe to remove any remaining tape residue or dust.
