Overview
I recommend printing the bearings at 100% infill (mainly for weight) and the frame and caps at 20%-50% infill. That is what worked best for me on a Prusa i3 MK3S that I used.
I printed this out using Generic PLA. I didn't test other materials.
Everything should be a really tight fit. I had to use a mallet sometimes when assembling.
