Overview
Manufacturing & Production Notes:
• Sheet Metal Components: Designed for laser cutting and CNC press brake bending (1.5mm S235JR / ASTM A36 steel sheet recommended).
• Acrylic / Plexiglass Parts: Can be cut using either a laser cutter or a CNC router.
• Provided Files: Includes 2D vector formats (.DXF) for direct manufacturing/laser cutting and 3D CAD files (.STEP).
Drilling Template / Alignment Jig Included: To mount the new door assembly seamlessly, two precision holes need to be drilled into each of the stock door hinges. I have designed and included a custom 3D printable drilling jig (alignment fixture). By attaching this jig to the original hinges, you can easily and accurately drill the 2 holes on each hinge with perfect alignment and zero hassle.

• M3 x 10mm Button Head Socket Screw (ISO 7380): 4 pcs
• M3 x 8mm Button Head Socket Screw (ISO 7380): 25 pcs
• M3 Nylon Lock Nut / Prevailing Torque Nut (ISO 10511): 29 pcs
