Overview
If you use a sealant or glue on the cover side of your valve cover gasket, this helps keep even pressure on the gasket all the way around the edge until it has cured.
It's a tight fit in the cover - mine works perfect, but I can imagine some will want to scale X/Y to 99%.
Print in PETG for oil resistance. Use grease on all the edges of the clamp base that will contact your gasket to ensure it can be removed (I use wheel bearing grease).
I would not recommend these if you're using a non-hardening sealant - I, at least, haven't had luck removing the base without removing the gasket when I used Permatex Aviation form-a-gasket #3. Probably wasn't the right stuff to use at all - my gasket migrated almost immediately in use.
