A segmented propeller assembly for 8mm shaft. Segmented parts can be printed on most 3D printers. Shaft is locked to the propeller with a tapered locking bushing. 5-40 x 1.25" screws and nuts for assembling the hub and blades. I used 4 epoxied in 3mm rivet nuts in the top hub to secure the tapered bushing and cone. You can simply thread the four top hub holes and use 3mm screws to secure the tapered bushing and cone to the top hub. The complete assembly gives you a fan diameter of about 200mm or about 8".

I had a broken 29mm jet fan like this one: They can be found in small handheld air blowers and dyson hairdryers. The turbine looked too cool to be thrown away, so I made a plane turbine from it.

This is a redesign for an 8040 printable propeller with a 5.5mm (13/64") bore. This prop was designed to keep the minimum cross section above .8mm allowing it to be more easily printed, though at a small efficiency loss.

Thanks to for the model for the Mavic 2 Pro. For the Air 2, I just scaled the model down to 90%, and extended the bottom parts to grab around the booms a little better. Printed in ABS but PETG should be fine too.
