Overview
Each notch advances the pulley by 60 degrees. You can test how square your axis are now by printing just one of these, clicking it on and sliding it back and forth with two hands. The 6mm axis shouldn't move. Or print 2 for calibrating/adjusting.

Ultimaker axis alignment toolThe X and Y rods on the Ultimaker should be at exactly 90 degrees to each other. This can sometimes be tricky to achieve since it is done by aligning the sliding blocks.
Ultimaker XY Axis SquareThe key to these being effective, is for them to be identical in length. I prefer to print one at a time, back to back, with identical settings for temp, flow, fan, speed, etc.
