Overview

* This is a fan shroud I designed for my Ender 3. * It will work on Ender 3 and CR10 series printers. * It is meant to be printed in PETG or ABS. * The cooling fan for the hot end is reverse flow, pulling hot air up and away from the part. * The part cooling fan is a simple short duct. * Priority is given to open design with space around the hot end for easy cleaning and nozzle changes. * There is a zip tie tab for the hot end wiring. * Print orientation is with the flat portion from the cooling fan on the bed. * Prints without supports. * Recommended infill: 50% * Compatible with Micro Swiss hot end Hardware required: * QTY 2: M3 x 20mm (Mounting to hot end) * QTY 4: M3 x 16mm (Mounting hot end cooling fan) Optional hardware: * QTY 4: M2 x 16mm (Mounting part cooling fan) * QTY 4: M2 nut (Mounting part cooling fan) * QTY 4: M3 heat inserts (Mounting hot end cooling fan) Initial release is 001. Update 5/23/20: Re-uploaded files to fix problem users experienced with downloading. Native Onshape design file:
