Overview
There seems to be a shocking lack of 3D models for the CB500F… so I made a front winglet. Should fit the 2019 - 2023 models - maybe also the CB500X?
There are two styles. One is more subtle and a bit smaller (pictured in green). The wing tips on this one are inverted shape. The other style is slightly larger and is more “arrow” shaped (pictured in grey). If you want an even bigger and more extreme version let me know, I might be able to do something more.
Both styles mount to the trim under the front headlight. There is a central screw that is re-used from the original bike. There are provisions on the winglet for two more #6 thread forming screws. See the link below for a compatible screw. You will need to pre-drill a small pilot hole in your headlight cover to get the screw to thread in and bite. Use the winglet as your template to mark the hole location.
Alternatively, if you don't want to drill the holes, you can line the two side surfaces with some 3M double sided tape and just re-use the center screw. Recommended tape below:
Print in something heat resistant. I have included two print profiles, one for PCTG and another for ABS. ASA would likely also work, maybe even PETG.
