Overview
This is a replacement slider bracket for a common type of patio/garden sun umbrella (cantilever parasol). The original plastic parts are prone to breaking under load or UV exposure, and finding a spare part is almost impossible. I designed this model to perfectly replace the broken original mechanism, restoring the umbrella to full functionality.
As seen in photos, it fits the main pole and holds the tension mechanism securely.
⚠ CRITICAL PRINTING INSTRUCTIONS: ⚠ This part carries significant mechanical stress and will be exposed to direct sunlight and heat. Standard PLA or standard PETG will likely fail.
Recommended Materials: Composite PETG (e.g., PETG-CF), ASA, or Nylon. These materials provide the necessary UV resistance, temperature stability, and tensile strength.

Perimeters (Walls): Minimum 4 perimeters (crucial for structural integrity).
Layer Height: 0.2 mm.
Infill: 30-50% (Gyroid or Cubic recommended).
Hardware: You will need to reuse the original bolts and nuts from your broken bracket to assemble this replacement.
