Overview
This model is based off of the injection moulder, a machine used for producing moulded objects - two of which can be found in this model: A Cavity Mould A Blow Mould Refer to the Images for a diagram. The Injection moulder contains a Non Printed part - Barrel - Made from acrylic tube OD: 20mm ID:16mm L:70mm. Both attachments (The Blow Moulder, and Injection Moulder) contain two windows. using 2mm acrylic 41mm x 51mm. The Blow Mould features a four-stage design - each of which shows the stages of blow moulding: 1. Empty Mould 2. Parison Injected 3. Mould Closed 4. Bottle Ejected Designed for 0.4mm Nozzle. Requires a high level of post-processing work due to a large number of overhangs and functional parts.
