Update 08.24.2024: My method is to hook the model from one side of the ptfe mount and press it down from the other side with a reasonable force while supporting the header. Depending on your filament choice you might end up having to scale up the model if it's way too tight to mount. Try scaling up the model with small increments like 101%, 102%, and so on. Thankfully the part is small and the printer prints it under 5 mins. The aim is to have a relatively easy-to-mount part that should grab the white plastic head of the PTFE mount. It might sound like too much hassle, but the result is definitely worth it. Thanks for the feedback. Cheers. -- I like the idea of the PTFE tube remover for Ender 3 V3 coreXZ from But I needed an attached and stay-in-place solution, so I came up with this model. Attach it to the PTFE tube and press it until it grabs the white plastic of the PTFE mount. See the photos for fit and finish. Press from two sides and pull back the PTFE tube. It works for me so I wanted to share it for feedback. No brim, no support just print it as is.
