Overview
This vacuum adapter for the Festool Trion PS 300 EQ and PSB 300 EQ replaces the original suction stub. It allows the machine to be connected to the osVAC neo M25 system.
Compatibility has been tested with a Festool Trion PS 300 EQ, model year 2026.
With the new adapter attached, the Festool jigsaw still fits in the Systainer tray as usual.
After 3D printing, make sure the clip/lever can move freely . Use a craft knife, if necessary, as shown in the photo.
I reviewed and tested other available 3D-printed adapters for the Festool Trion, but I was not satisfied with their fit, locking mechanism, or overall hold. That is why I designed this adapter from the ground up.
