Quadcopter

This quadcopter was made using old components I had lying around. I'm a robotics researcher by trade, so sometimes it's fun to slow down from the big GPS enabled stuff and make something fun like this. Most of these parts aren't sold anymore, but here's a complete BoM if you want to either try to find the components I used or try something else. I used an old version of BetaFlight, but a newer version will work if you find the appropriate flight controller and receiver (most new fpvs use CRSF protocol, but this one uses IBUS). I also went way overboard with M3 threaded inserts and screws. Loveeee threaded inserts :). Overall, this drone is pretty impractical and a lot of work to assemble, but it's very spiky and robust to crashes.
