A strong and reinforced 90° corner bracket designed for applications where a longer and more rigid support is required.

This model features an original reinforced structure with a long diagonal support and additional internal bracing. The geometry is designed to efficiently transfer loads through the bracket while maintaining a clean and functional appearance.

The extended 140 mm design provides a larger supporting surface and improved stability compared to smaller standard corner brackets.

💪 Reinforced & Strong Design

The long diagonal brace provides substantial structural reinforcement and helps resist bending under load.

Additional bracing at the top distributes forces between the mounting surfaces, creating a rigid and strong connection .

The design focuses on structural strength rather than simply adding material. The result is a lightweight but highly reinforced bracket with a distinctive appearance.

🖨 3D Printing

Designed specifically for FDM 3D printing.

Only small supports are required in selected areas, making the model relatively easy to print despite its reinforced geometry.

Recommended starting settings:

Layer height: 0.20 mm

Nozzle: 0.4 mm

Walls: 4–5+

Infill: 30–50% depending on the intended load

Material: PETG or ASA

For applications involving significant loads, increasing the number of walls is recommended.

Actual load capacity depends on the printing orientation, material, layer adhesion, wall count, infill and other print settings.

🔩 Screw Mounting

The bracket uses Ø6 mm mounting holes with Ø10 mm recesses for the screw heads .

This allows the screw heads to sit inside the bracket rather than protruding from the surface.

This is an original, independently designed bracket created specifically for functional 3D printing.

The combination of the long diagonal reinforcement, top bracing and rigid outer frame gives the bracket its characteristic appearance while providing excellent structural support.
