Saves Time: Eliminates the back-and-forth guessing game when balancing string vs. spring tension.
How to Use
Insert: Pull up on the tremolo arm to lift the bridge slightly, then slide the block underneath from the side.
Adjust: Remove the back cavity cover and adjust the tremolo spring claw screws to dial in your baseline setup.
Tune: Tune the guitar up to pitch. As string tension balances against the springs, the tool will come slightly loose.
Remove: Slide the block off, and your tremolo is floating level at perfect pitch.
Recommended Print Settings
Material: PLA, PETG, or ABS
Walls/Perimeters: 3–4 (for rigidity under string pressure)
Infill: 20%–30% (Gyroid or Grid)
Supports: None (print flat on the bed)
First Layer : 0.20mm (the total thickness should be 1.4mm on the preview)
