Overview
Designed this clamp to fit into the top rail of my greenhouse door, so that I could limit door movement. Mainly for keeping it open a bit in summer, without allow free sliding movement.
I designed this around my own greenhouse rail, not sure how common the design is, but see third image to see the rail profile it's designed for.
The main body is designed to fit directly into the rail horizontally (whole thing can be fitted assembled, just has to be loose) and then it rotates to a vertical orientation as tightened, locking it into the rail.
The nut has been designed to be reasonably sized with grip ridges around the edge, for easy use.

The bolt part has been designed with a flat edge so it can be printed in a strong orientation. Some tolerance has been built in to get a good balance between thread compatibility and tightness.
I've uploaded STEP files in addition to STL files to assist design modifications where needed.
Printing Guidance
The parts have been designed with printing in mind.
See the last image for print orientation recommendations.
I'd advise at least using PETG for something like this, otherwise the tension combined with sun will quickly destroy PLA.
Increase the wall count, or use a modifier, for the threaded parts to ensure the thread areas are strong.
For the clamp, it'd be strongest when printed on its side as shown. You will likely need supports and a brim (I used mouse ears) to keep it on the bed since it's quite thin, and has a floating section.
