Overview
A modular wall system where individual parts easily slide into a base with grooves. Attachment is possible in two ways: by tightening a screw joint or by mutually wedging parts, allowing a clean look without visible joints. 🧩 System and Parts + Base — available in various sizes; can be adjusted directly in the slicer as needed. + Hook — ideal for keys, headphones, or small accessories. + Inserts — can be printed in color to create visually interesting combinations. + Shelves — 16 sizes (4 widths × 4 heights) for maximum variability. + Stoppers — hold parts firmly in place. 🛠️ Printing and Preparation Before printing, I recommend printing a test part to verify that everything fits correctly into the grooves and that screws can be screwed in without problems. The entire system is prototyped on Bambu Lab H2D and H2C, so dimensions and tolerances are verified. + Material: PLA or PETG + Layer height: 0.2 mm + Screws: smaller layers can also be used 🧰 Adjustment in the Slicer Below you will find a drawing and a video showing: + how to adjust the base size in the slicer, + how to properly orient parts on the bed for the best print quality. 🔧 Part "Mount" The Mount part is divided into two parts to increase strength. Insert a piece of filament into the prepared holes — this secures the position of the parts. Video
